For graduating student: If the student has worked for 1year and passed the check, the ¡°examination and authentication form of graduating student during probation period¡± should be filled out in BJFISC and signed and sealed by the enterprise, then the procedures of obtainment of permanent status and grading will be performed by BJFISC.

For master, doctor and transferred cadre: BJFISC is in charge of the filling of grading form and performing the procedures of obtainment of permanent status and grading.

For worker: Fill out the worker grading form (examination and approval form for obtainment of permanent status and grading of staff) in BJFISC, then graded.

Apply for license of birth service

ID cards of the husband and wife, marriage license and original household register are required for female staff to apply for birth service license in BJFISC. Besides of that, ¡°license of family planning service¡± applied by the wife is required for male staff. After BJFISC has stamped and signed, the procedure can be continued by the Family Planning Office of the registered permanent address of the wife.
