6 Appointment and the copy of ID card of the principal of branch office;

7 Leasing agreement of the establishing shop and certificate of house property right (the seal of property right owner is required for copy);

8 Auditing report of foreign funded enterprise for last year audited by an accounting firm;

9 The newest registration application of the establishment of foreign funded enterprise issued by industrial and commercial administration; (Provided by BFISC)

10 Documents required by examining and approving authorities and industrial and commercial administration;
