1 Documents and certificates submitted for establishment registration of resident representative office of foreign enterprise:

 (1) The newest establishment registration table of permanent representative office of foreign state (district) enterprises issued by Industrial and Commercial Administration, consisted of the general information of representative office, resident address certification and registration form of the chief representative. (Provided by BFISC)

 (2) Valid authorize certificate script issued by relevant departments of the State Council or Beijing Business Bureau;

 (3) Original application form signed by the president of the board or general manager of the enterprise (with the contents of name of the permanent representative office, resident address, name of chief representative and other representatives, business scope of representative office and resident time);

(4) Legal certification of operation (copy) of the enterprise issued by the registration department of its state (district), if the enterprise is a limited company of Hong Kong special administrative region, the photocopy of valid business registration certificate issued by the tax authority of Hong Kong should be submitted at the same time.

(5) Original bank reference of representative office issued by finance organizations, which have business connection with its parent company;

(6) Original powers of attorney (authorization) to chief representative and other representatives signed by the board chairman or general manager of its parent company and resumes of chief representative and other representatives (attached three photos of every representative), if the chief representative or other representative is assumed by Chinese, the dispatch letter issued by foreign affairs department should be submitted;

(9) Besides of the documents and certificates mentioned above (exclude the fifth item), to banking and insurance, annual report of assets, annual report profit and loss, organization constitution and list of directorate of the parent company should be submitted simultaneously.
