2．Married, the mate has collective registered permanent residence and no house;
3．This year’s graduate obtained the permission to Beijing and approved by Beijing Personnel Bureau

5．Foreign enterprise staff; apply for registered permanent residence in Beijing by means of talent introduction, resolve separation of couples, separately transfer etc.

Master postgraduate or above, examined and approved by study abroad service center of Ministry of Education, dispatched to the enterprise belonging to BJFISC, and no house;

Requirements:
Applicant has the registered permanent residence in Beijing; the mate is outlander and cadre, approved by Beijing Personnel Bureau;
1、Company—high-new technology enterprise, regional HQ of transnational company in china, or R&D institution in Beijing
2、Individual—undergraduate, worked for the company for 3 years and whose personnel file was kept in BJFISC for 3 years;
3、Postgraduate or obtained intermediate professional title, worked for the company for 2years and whose personnel file was kept in BJFISC for 2 years;
4、Obtained senior professional title, worked for the company for 1year and whose personnel file was kept in BJFISC for 1 year;
5. Won reward or honor of province (city) and above at work, no work years limit to doctor or above
Required documents:
1.Business license of the company that applicant in Beijing served, approval certificate of the high-new technology enterprise that applicant in Beijing served, or verification of multinational and its R&D institution that applicant in Beijing served and the copy of that (passed annual inspection);
2.Original application submitted by the applicant in Beijing;
3. Originals and photocopies of academic certificate, diploma, certificate of qualification, ID card, census register card of the applicant in Beijing;
4.Copy of Contract of labour of the applicant in Beijing;

●Single worker transfer into Beijing
Requirements:
Applicant is a permanent resident and the mate is an outlander in work. Meet one of the following requirements, can apply for migration:
1. Applicant can not take care of himself because of disease.
2.Applicant and childe live in Beijing, and the mate is over 35 or separated over 10years;
3. Parents of applicant or his mate live in Beijing, and the mate is over 35 or separated over 10years;
4.Applicant is female, the mate live in Tianjin or Shanghai, separated over 5years;
5. Applicant is an undergraduate of universities and colleges, worked over 3years after graduation;
Applicant obtained master degree and above or obtained intermediate professional title and above;
Required documents:
1. One written application compiled by the applicant in Beijing;
2. One written application compiled by the applicant’s unit and sealed;

4. Original and photocopy of census register card of the applicant in Beijing;
5.Record of the payment for social security of the applicant in Beijing;
6. Original and photocopy of the contract between the outlander and its employer;
7. Original and photocopy of the household register of the outlander;
8. Original and photocopy of marriage certificate;
9. Copy of single-child certificate (if the child migrate together);
10.Registration form of application for transfer in triplicate;
11.Registration form of transferred staff in duplicate;
12.Personnel file of the outlander;
●Talent introduction
Requirements:
Examined and approved by Beijing human resource bureau to settle in:
1、Company-- high-new technology enterprise, regional HQ of transnational company in china, or R&D institution in Beijing;
2、Individual—under the age of 45;
3、Staff with bachelor degree must obtain the title of senior engineer;
4、Staff with education degree of postgraduate or above (only for mechanical engineering, computer, biological pharmacy and agriculture);
5、Staff with bachelor degree must obtain the title of senior engineer and worked more than 3years;
Staff with education degree of postgraduate worked more than 2years and won excellent performance;
Required documents:
1．Examination and approval form for talent introduction;
2．Information form of transferred staff in quadruplicate;
3．Report on XXX introduction (issued by the company and stamped with company seal);
4．The certificate of high-new technology enterprise, regional HQ of transnational company in china, or R&D institution in Beijing;
5．Photocopy of the copy of corporate business license (passed annual survey);
6．Originals and photocopies of diploma and academic certificate (provide certificate report if required)
7．Qualification certificate of professional position;
8．Notice for take the professional technology position (only for senior engineer);
9．Work performance and related certificate (certificate of national and professional award etc. enterprise award is not required.)
10．Letter of release;
11．Letter of acceptance or labour contract;
12．Certificate of the payment of individual income tax during in present unit (for the past 3 years)
13．Record of the payment for social security (for the past 3 years);
14．Originals and photocopies of the household register and ID card (If both sides registered in the same city, they must move to one unit);
15．Organization authentication issued by the unit managing human relations;
16．Integrity statement of the unit and individual;
17．Integrated personnel file (Please contact the staffs of BJFISC for borrow.)
18．Other documents required to be provided;
Annotate: Husband and wife must transfer into Beijing together. (Two exceptions: 1 the mate has the registered permanent residence in Beijing; 2 the mate is worker or unemployed, then certificate for worker or unemployed should be issued by the local labour department)
