£¨5£©Alien employment register (sealed by the applying unit) and 2 2-inch recent certificate photos (provided by BJFISC).

 2¡¢Documents for applying for the extension of employment permit are listed as follows (for enterprise):

£¨1£©Copy of corporate business license

£¨2£©Valid passport;

£¨3£©Alien employment permit;

£¨4£©Application form of employment permit extension (sealed by the employer and provided by BJFISC) and 1 2-inch recent certificate photos.

3¡¢Documents for applying for employment permit are listed as follows (for representative institution):

£¨1£©Industrial and commercial registration certificate of the office;

£¨2£©Work permit of the permanent representative institution of foreign enterprise (hereinafter referred to as work permit)

£¨3£©Resume of the Foreigner or the staff comes from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan;

£¨4£©Original of valid passport, Taiwanese passport, home visit permit or travel permit of the Foreigner or the person come from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan;

£¨5£©Originals of the academic certificate and the professional qualification certificate of the foreigner, and his work experience related the work will be assigned.

£¨6£©Health certificate of the foreigner or the staff comes from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan;

 £¨7£©Employment registration form of the foreigner or the staff comes from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, 2 2-inch photos (provided by BJFISC)
