Documents for foreigner to apply for entrance and employment permit (employed by enterprise)

£¨1£©Original and photocopy of the copy of corporate business license (the photocopy of enterprise foundation approval certificate is required for three kinds of foreign invested ventures) and the photocopies of company constitution, joint venture contract (for joint capital and cooperation enterprise).

£¨2£©Report on the reason of employ foreigner (detailed reason, title and stamped by the unit)

£¨3£©Letter of employment intent (resolution of the board of directors is required for vice-general manager or above);

£¨4£©Chinese resume of the foreigner, service qualification (the originals and photocopies of the academic certificate and professional qualification) and photocopy of the passport (minimum bachelor and over 2 years relevant work experience);

£¨5£©Photocopy of the health certificate of foreigner issued recently by the medical institution;

£¨6£©Fill out the application form of employment permit extension (stamped by applying unit) and paste 1 2-inch certificate photo; (provided by BJFISC)
